Seawall & Dock Service in Historic St. Andrews, Panama City
Historic St. Andrews is Panama City's original waterfront village on St Andrews Bay, a marina district of bayfront homes, parks, and a working waterfront. The seawalls here line some of the oldest developed shoreline on the bay.
The Oldest Walls on the Bay
A district this old has seawalls to match, and the common St. Andrews call is a tired concrete-and-timber wall at the end of its life: a cap spalling as the steel rusts, a leaning face, a tie-back gone. Michael's surge in 2018 hit this shoreline hard and pushed many past saving.
Repair or Rebuild
Where a wall can be saved we repair the cap, reset the anchors, and rebuild the toe. Where it is past saving we replace it in vinyl sheet pile with a concrete cap that suits the district's look, and we handle the dock where the work overlaps it. We build the marine structure, not a foam injection.
Permits Here
Waterfront work in Historic St. Andrews runs through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the Army Corps, and the city. We handle the permit side for what we build.
